About this generator
Tabletop games such as Dungeons & Dragons use a whole set of dice, not just the familiar six-sided one. This dice roller covers the standard set: d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and d100. Choose how many dice to roll and how many sides they have, press Roll, and you'll see each die and the total.
Every roll uses your browser's secure random number generator, so each side is equally likely. That makes it a fair stand-in when you've lost your dice, when you're playing online, or when you need to roll a lot of dice at once, such as a fireball's 8d6.
For board games that use two six-sided dice, set 2 dice and 6 sides. For tabletop role-playing, use the d20 for attack rolls and skill checks. For percentage rolls, use the d100.
